At Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited, I worked in the Reinsurance Department as a Development officer and then as an Assistant Manager. My work included general insurance and reinsurance underwriting, treaty, facultative and aviation underwriting, and reinsurance technical accounting.
I was Lead of system developer for Technical Reinsurance and served on the Non-Performing Loan Task Force and the AM BEST rating team at Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan. I also worked as a Senior Manager at W-Safe Reinsurance and Latam Brokers.
As Project Manager for Please Project, supported by World Bank and SACEP and guided by UNOPs, under Greener Way Private Limited, I worked on a project focused on the environment. I also worked as Head of HR and Procurement for 33rd Executive suite.
