Tandin Tshering

I’m an Economics and Political Science student with strong research, policy analysis, and HR management skills, certified in Project Management and AI-driven HR tools. I’m eager to contribute to governance, development, and organizational growth.

Through academic projects, I practiced policy analysis and structured evaluation—like leading a team of 7 to evaluate the economic and political implications of the 2023 policy demonetization policy and presenting findings using decision-making models.

I also strengthened my analytical and drafting capabilities with a comparative Policy Memo—Road Infrastructure in Bhutan vs Japan (2024), researching road development policies and identifying potential improvements for Bhutan based on Japan’s model.

With training in “HR and Management with next Gen AI,” I’ve built interest and hands-on exposure to AI-enabled recruitment and candidate evaluation, alongside communication and public speaking. I’m motivated by emerging technologies in governance and human resource development.
