What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can manage procurement, materials planning, inventory and project coordination, using SAP and Excel to keep suppliers, deliveries, records and project deadlines on track.

I manage end-to-end purchasing, materials planning and project support for Chin Leong Construction Systems in Singapore across 20+ active projects. I handle supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotations, negotiation, purchase orders, delivery expediting and issue resolution for waterproofing, building materials, equipment and site supplies.

I monitor 60 materials through SAP, Excel, project schedules and site updates, reviewing stock, consumption, lead times, expiry and slow-moving inventory. I coordinate 15+ local and overseas suppliers, support orders up to approximately SGD 800K, and help maintain material availability without project delays caused by delayed supply.

I also provide direct management support through reporting, meeting coordination, deadline tracking and document control. My experience includes import/export documentation, inventory reconciliation, cross-functional liaison and safeguarding confidential project, pricing and payment information.
