I’m a Licensed Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) who thrives on helping customers quickly and correctly. At Meijer Pharmacy, I greet customers, support patients to receive prescriptions efficiently, and handle order entry/verification with excellent accuracy.
I bring strong attention to detail and reliability, including tracking inventory so medications are removed from shelves within two months of expiration. I also process third-party inquiries with insurance companies and doctor’s offices to resolve billing issues and prescription discrepancies through clear communication.
Before pharmacy, I built customer service and operational experience as a Cashier at Lowe’s and a Front End Lead Associate at Feed ‘N’ Seed, operating POS systems, handling cash/credit card transactions, and coordinating daily tasks. I also developed hospitality skills as a Host at Cracker Barrel, managing seating charts and supporting front-of-house teams to keep the dining area ready for every guest.
