I’m a diligent and certified Pharmacy Technician who supports pharmacists with medication dispensing, inventory management, and customer service. I bring a steady, detail-oriented approach to prescription fulfillment, data entry, and maintaining smooth pharmacy operations.

As a Pharmacy Technician Trainee, I supported licensed pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory, and delivering customer service. I handled patient reception, incoming calls, processed payments, and directed clinical inquiries to the pharmacist, while assisting with counting, measuring, labeling, and packaging prescribed medications. I also input patient profiles, prescription data, and insurance billing information, maintained stock levels, organized medication supplies, and removed expired drugs from inventory.

Before my pharmacy training, I strengthened my people-first skills as a Guest Service Associate at Topgolf. I delivered exceptional customer service by managing guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins with high efficiency, while collaborating with my team to keep the environment welcoming and organized.

I also worked as a Dining Associate, preparing and serving meals while strictly adhering to food safety standards. Across roles, I’m confident handling fast-paced responsibilities with time management and attention to detail—eager to contribute to a team-oriented pharmacy setting focused on exceptional patient care and efficient service.
