I’m looking for a fast-paced team where I can hit targets, own the full process, and grow. I want a role that values proactive sourcing, clear communication, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

I’m a recruitment consultant who manages multiple priorities with a positive attitude, strong communication, and problem-solving. I’m committed to achieving business objectives and I always give 100% while working well both independently and as a team player.

In my current role, I consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets by sourcing and placing an average of 3 candidates per day. I also achieve monthly billing targets by generating a minimum of £20k in revenue through successful candidate placements, using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

I build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business. I conduct thorough interviews and assessments, manage the full recruitment cycle from briefing to placement, and negotiate offers and terms between clients and candidates.

My background is rooted in sales and customer service, from handling at least 200 calls a day and resolving complaints in a fast-paced call centre to coordinating projects, answering client emails and calls, and supporting media planning and buying as a client coordinator. I’m now looking to keep growing by combining exceptional service with results-driven recruitment.
