Chloe Bunton

I’m a Registered Nurse committed to providing effective nursing care with compassion, integrity, and a strong work ethic. I’ve delivered healthcare to students and faculty with acute or chronic health problems, and I take pride in educating others on their disease process.

As a float nurse for elementary, middle, and high schools, and as main school nurse for Beech Springs Middle School, I administer daily and as-needed medications and conduct hearing and vision screenings. I balance quick clinical decisions with clear communication and ongoing support for students’ health needs.

Earlier, I worked on the Mother Baby Unit at Cabell Huntington Hospital, completing infant and maternal assessments, taking infant and mother vital signs, and administering basic care needs to neonates. I also have Stork nurse experience—performing thorough initial physical assessment of newborns, communicating with physicians, and carrying out verbal orders—plus charge nurse experience managing assignments and escalating critical results.

Before becoming an RN, I served as an LPN and handled vital signs, triaging phone calls, completing prior authorizations, and administering injections and in-house medications. I’m BLS certified (proof available upon request) and I’m looking to continue as an RN where my experience, teamwork, and patient education directly improve outcomes.
