What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to lead high-impact training and education programs, build learning systems, mentor teams, and use digital and AI-supported tools to improve outcomes across diverse, cross-cultural communities.

At EducationUSA Nigeria within the U.S. Consulate General Lagos, I design and deliver more than 100 training sessions annually for learners, advisers, educators, and staff across Nigeria.

I've built onboarding systems for American Corner teams, manage the Opportunity Funds Program for 40 scholars annually, and grew the Lagos cohort from 3 scholars in 2014 to 33 fully funded scholars in 2024. I also organize Sub-Saharan Africa's largest college fair, connecting 3,500+ students with 40–50 U.S. institution representatives each year.

I bring 21 years of experience in training, exchange programs, mentoring, budget administration, and cross-cultural communication. I use AI-supported tools and digital learning systems to strengthen workflows, engagement, and program outcomes.
