I'm currently supporting Lunem Sanitation & Construction Ltd as a Finance & Human Resource Officer, managing payroll, bank reconciliations, statutory filings, budgeting, forecasting, employee management, and finance statements for mine and WASH operations.

At Euro Exim Bank, I sell international trade finance services including credit lines, standby letters of credit, and bank guarantees for exporters, importers, and international contractors. I also generate leads and review trade finance and security information against AML, KYC, and counter-terrorism finance requirements.

My research experience includes financial surveys with the Zambia Statistics Agency and Bank of Zambia, where I conducted data collection, household and business listing, area mapping, interviews, follow-up visits, and data evaluation.

I've built experience across finance, research, sales, customer service, operations, and WASH projects, with a focus on financial data use, business continuity, customer retention, sales growth, and referrals.
