I've supported busy food-service operations at Marco's Pizza and Rosas Cafe, preparing orders, processing transactions, and helping customers have positive dining experiences.

At Rosas Cafe, I handle high volumes of cash and credit transactions accurately, answer menu questions, and keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized. I work closely with kitchen and management staff to support smooth order fulfillment.

At Marco's Pizza, I prepared pizzas, sliced and packaged orders, managed the register, restocked supplies, and maintained a clean work area. My experience has strengthened my customer service, teamwork, time management, and ability to follow procedures.

I've also volunteered as a cleaner at Vision Cosmetics, using cleaning and sanitation procedures, handling guest complaints, and supporting management with errands.
