What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver person-centered, trauma-informed support that fosters independence and safe day-to-day outcomes, while using my clinical and documentation strengths to stay fully aligned with NDIS standards and service policies.

I’m a dual-qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist and Disability Support Worker with hands-on experience delivering NDIS disability support and conducting clinical diagnostics. My foundation in microbiology, haematology, and clinical biochemistry shapes the way I show up: calm, detail-oriented, and highly compliant.

In Disability Support Worker roles across SIL, STA, and Day Program settings, I deliver person-centered support to participants with intellectual, physical, and psychosocial disabilities. I use trauma-informed care and Positive Behavior Support strategies, administer medication in line with support plans, maintain accurate documentation and progress notes, and partner with families, support coordinators, and healthcare professionals to keep care aligned with NDIS Practice Standards.

I also bring strong laboratory expertise from hospital and private lab settings in Nigeria, including culture and sensitivity testing, full blood counts, coagulation studies, and organ function panels. Now, while advancing through a Master of Biomedical Engineering at UNSW Sydney, I’m bridging clinical science with engineering innovation—bringing both care and technical rigor to every environment I work in.
