I've managed IT systems, validated structured records, and supported software quality across organizations in Tunisia and Dubai for more than 15 years.

At Noor Al Huda Documents Clearing Services, I maintained internal IT systems, performed accurate data entry and validation, supported users, documented procedures, and created advertising materials. I also carried out manual software testing, including test execution, documentation, defect detection, analysis, and tracking.

At Tunisia's Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, I managed teachers' databases, analyzed business and technical requirements, maintained existing systems, and prepared reports and statistical data. Earlier, as IT Manager at International Development Consultants, I administered networks, maintained the intranet and website, and aligned IT needs with company strategy.

I'm ISTQB certified and currently expanding into AI data annotation and AI data entry, bringing a careful, guideline-driven approach to data quality, consistency review, confidential information handling, and remote work.
