I've supported and tested ATMIT ERP in Dubai, translating business requirements into user stories, test scenarios, and test cases while training new clients and partnering with developers on fixes.

At ST Engineering, I verified software for Dubai ITS Expo 2020 and provided operational support in the Command & Control Centre for RTA Dubai. I coordinated end-to-end testing for field devices, managed release testing, and documented work from test planning through execution records.

Previously at Cinque Technologies, I tested banking, money exchange, wages protection, salary payment, and HR applications. My work included API, bank-file, and SWIFT-file testing, Selenium WebDriver automation, gap analysis, and testing across system integration, regression, UAT, security, exploratory, and cross-browser coverage.

Across 10+ years, I've worked through the full test life cycle—from reviewing BRS/SRS and planning tests to defect tracking, post-deployment testing, and production support. I'm comfortable with Agile and Scrum environments, customer coordination, MySQL verification, and backend testing of Kafka and RabbitMQ services.
