I’m a dependable administrative and data entry professional with experience supporting logistics operations, maintaining organized digital records, and producing reports. In my current role as a Data Entry Officer at Engraced Logistics, I accurately input and update customer, vendor, and logistics data, maintain booking schedules and operational documentation, and handle sensitive business information with confidentiality.

Previously, I’ve strengthened my customer communication and coordination skills as a Communications & Administrative Manager and Receptionist—managing emails, appointments, phone calls, scheduling, and customer inquiries while keeping records accurate. I also bring a communications background (B.Sc. Mass Communication) and structured classroom administration experience from my NYSC role, and I’m currently pursuing growth in remote opportunities across virtual assistance, customer support, administrative coordination, communications, operations support, and data management.
