I’m a results-driven Data Analyst with hands-on experience turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. I’m proficient in SQL, Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Excel, Python, and Tableau, and I focus on KPI reporting, dashboard development, and data quality assurance.

In my recent Data Analyst role, I collected, cleaned, and analysed healthcare datasets using SQL and Excel—improving data accuracy and reducing reporting errors. I built interactive Power BI dashboards with DAX/Power Query to monitor KPIs and performance metrics, and I delivered structured reports based on exploratory data analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I also bring 9 years of senior operations management experience, so I understand the commercial context behind the numbers. I design KPI-based reporting frameworks, validate data through discrepancy analysis/deduplication, collaborate cross-functionally to define data requirements, and translate insights into recommendations that help teams move faster with confidence.
