I’m a results-driven Data Analyst with a background in quality assurance and business process improvement. I analyze operational data to uncover trends and translate them into decisions that improve workflow efficiency and client outcomes.

In my recent role, I analyzed client and institutional datasets to identify workflow bottlenecks and delivered recommendations that improved team efficiency. I designed and implemented data-driven quality control procedures that increased documentation accuracy and compliance rates.

I also built structured reporting from operational data to track KPIs across business units. From student application patterns, I forecast demand and optimized resource allocation, while collaborating cross-functionally to standardize data collection and reduce inconsistencies.

Through my projects, I strengthen my analytics craft—such as querying 9,994 orders in a Superstore Profit & Sales analysis to pinpoint loss drivers (including over-discounting) and building an Excel dashboard for clear performance monitoring. I’m currently expanding into Power BI to create sharper, more scalable visual insights.
