What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end product design for complex, high-impact journeys, using research, conversion-focused UX, design systems, and AI-assisted workflows to create measurable business outcomes.

At MakeMyTrip, I design end-to-end travel, fintech, forex, and insurance journeys that turn complex workflows into clear customer experiences. My work has helped scale the MakeMyTrip ICICI Travel Credit Card 21x in 11 months to 125K+ cards issued and 2,500+ daily applications.

I've redesigned BuyMyForex purchase flows, increasing Search-to-Order conversion to 38%, growing web contribution by 55%, and reducing Inside Sales dependency from 40% to 16%. Across MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, MyBiz, and MyPartner, my insurance work increased attachment rates, generated ₹15Cr in incremental annual profit, and contributed approximately ₹50Cr in 2025 revenue initiatives.

Previously, I was the founding designer at BizzTM, where I built retailer journeys, an admin panel, and a design language system for a B2B marketplace. I also founded and designed Do Dhaage, creating its digital experience, apparel collections, and brand visuals.
