At Reliance Brands Limited, Reliance Retail, I designed and delivered learning programs for retail and e-commerce employees across India. I used ADDIE and adult learning principles to shape training around identified performance and capability gaps.
I developed e-learning modules, facilitator guides, workshops, and interactive video-based learning. I also built immersive onboarding journeys using storytelling, quizzes, and scenario-based content.
I designed and facilitated a Leadership Learning Program for first-time managers, covering empathy, feedback, communication, and team effectiveness. I also ran internal workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
I administered LMS platforms and led the rollout of a mobile-first LMS with gamification and progress tracking. I streamlined content creation and routine learning tasks using AI-enabled productivity tools, and received the Innovation in L&D Award from Reliance Retail.
