I am a dedicated Orthopedic and Trauma Medicine professional currently pursuing a Diploma in Orthopedic and Trauma Medicine at Kenya Medical Training College. Through hospital attachments, I’ve gained hands-on orthopedic patient care experience, including fracture management support and emergency trauma assistance.
In outpatient and inpatient settings, I assist clinicians with casting and splinting under supervision, wound cleaning and dressing, patient preparation for treatment, and ongoing patient monitoring and support. I also maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation in line with hospital standards.
I work closely with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and fellow trainees while upholding infection prevention and control practices, confidentiality, and professionalism. I’m eager to contribute my clinical skills and keep growing in a dynamic healthcare environment where patient-centered care is prioritized.
