Jousephine Mutinda

I’m an Orthopedic and Trauma Technician with training in Orthopedic and Trauma Medicine (KMTC) and hands-on clinical practice supporting orthopedic and trauma care. I’m drawn to environments where patient safety, calm execution, and teamwork directly improve outcomes for people recovering from injury.

In my previous clinical experience, I applied and removed casts, splints, and braces, and assisted in the care of fractures and dislocations. I take pride in maintaining “calm and efficient workflows in high-pressure, trauma-based environments,” and I use “patient communication” to provide clear post-operative instructions that support comfort and confidence during recovery.

Beyond clinical assistance, I bring strong healthcare operations experience from pharmacy roles—dealing with corporate and individual clients, managing filling and invoicing, ordering and stock counts, and monitoring expiries. I’m seeking a fast-paced, reputable orthopedic setting where I can contribute my skills under minimal supervision while supporting physicians and healthcare professionals.
