I'm coordinating remote dispatch and last-mile delivery operations for MetroMax Group, working across drivers, fleet managers, and carriers to keep delivery performance on track.

In my current Dispatch Operation Executive role, I monitor real-time schedules and status updates, resolve issues by phone and email, and maintain operational records and routine performance reports. I also support safety and compliance through remote pre-trip and post-trip vehicle-check reviews.

Previously, in MetroMax Group's Amazon Operations, I built daily Excel schedules, tracked delayed and ahead-of-schedule deliveries, and kept drivers, helpers, carriers, and stakeholders aligned through end-of-day updates.

I've used ADP for driver scheduling, Netradyne for safety reporting and violation follow-up, and DA scorecards to share performance metrics. I'm comfortable owning end-to-end dispatch workflows independently in remote US-shift operations.
