I'm looking to lead scalable Salesforce architecture and delivery work, translating complex business workflows into secure, integrated multi-cloud solutions while mentoring teams and improving platform reliability.

I've delivered multi-cloud Salesforce solutions at Webkorps, Pierce Washington, and Persistent Systems for healthcare, financial services, and commerce teams. My work connects Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and integrations to improve patient care, investor workflows, and marketplace operations.

At Webkorps, I built patient and caregiver portals that reduced call-center volume by more than 30%, integrated laboratory and logistics systems through MuleSoft and REST APIs, and implemented Data Cloud activation for personalized care communications.
