At Delhivery, I’m the Product Owner for the in-house HRMS, managing the platform lifecycle for a workforce of 40k+. I built a centralized manpower planning system that replaced facility-level Excel models, reducing manual planning effort by 90%.
I also revamped onboarding workflows, reducing onboarding time from 20 minutes to 2 minutes, and built automated billing and payroll workflows for loader and ad-hoc manpower. I built a vendor portal from scratch so vendors could view manpower requests and access billing and payout information through self-service.
At Vetic, I launched the consumer app and built a Veterinary Management System from scratch, bringing clinic operations into one platform. Earlier, at Pristyn Care, I owned the Sales Team Mobile App; at Naukri.com, I worked with the Product team on onboarding improvements and a contextual chat assistant, and at SapientNitro I built responsive websites for clients.
