I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with extensive experience in pediatric cardiac intensive care and emergency department settings. My clinical expertise allows me to advocate for patients effectively, ensuring they receive the best possible care. I have a strong background in critical care, patient advocacy, and health insurance navigation, which I currently leverage as a Licensed Insurance Agent and Client Advocate.

Throughout my career, I have worked in high-acuity environments, such as the Pediatric Cardiac ICU at Shands Children's Hospital, where I cared for critically ill infants and children with complex cardiac conditions. My responsibilities included monitoring telemetry, managing ventilators, and administering cardiac medications. I also served as a Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department at HCA Lake City Hospital, where I led and coordinated staff, triaged incoming patients, and optimized patient outcomes through effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

In my current role at Senior Health Advocates, I assist Medicare clients with navigating their healthcare coverage, advocating for their needs, and educating them about their insurance options. My goal is to empower clients to make informed decisions about their healthcare, ensuring they receive the support they need.
