I’m looking for a safety-first airline role where I can support flight dispatch and planning with real-time weather interpretation, strong coordination across OCC/ATC/ground teams, and continuous improvement within an active SMS culture.

I’m a results-driven Flight Dispatcher Assistant with 8 years supporting Airbus A320 domestic and international operations at AirAsia Philippines. I assist licensed Flight Dispatchers with flight planning support, fuel calculations, and route analysis, while helping ensure flight safety through accurate weight & balance and load sheet verification.

In fast-paced 24/7 airline operations, I monitor and interpret METAR, TAF, SIGMET, and NOTAMs, coordinate readiness with pilots, ATC, OCC, ground handling, and maintenance, and proactively mitigate delays caused by weather, ATC, or technical issues.
