I’m an Analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a background in Applied Statistics, focused on structured evaluation, reporting, and quality assurance. I bring strong written communication skills and high emotional intelligence to assess nuanced content against defined criteria.

In my current role as Data Analyst Supervisor at Beyond Trading, I review structured datasets for completeness, accuracy, and consistency using defined evaluation frameworks. I document findings clearly, coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inconsistencies, and transform raw data into dashboards and actionable reports while monitoring performance indicators and SLA compliance.

Previously, at Keda Ceramics, I managed master spreadsheets for operational and fulfillment tracking, ensured documentation accuracy against standard operating procedures, and maintained weekly performance reports with SLA compliance. I also supported internal audits with organized documentation and high-accuracy inventory and transactional record checks.

I’m equally comfortable in quality and testing work, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT simulations—logging defects with structured reasoning and comparing expected vs actual results to drive improvements. I’m passionate about improving AI systems for safe and human-aligned interaction, especially when emotionally nuanced or sensitive content requires careful, empathetic rewriting for clarity and tone.
