I’m an AI Evaluation Analyst with a strong foundation as a Nutritionist at University of Uyo Teaching Hospital. I developed personalized nutrition plans using patients’ medical history and dietary preferences, and I focused on improving health outcomes through effective nutrition counseling.

In my nutrition role, I conducted nutritional assessments to identify needs and monitor progress, educated patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications, and collaborated with healthcare professionals to integrate nutritional care into treatment plans. I also provided training sessions for staff on current nutrition guidelines and participated in community outreach programs to promote nutrition awareness and healthy living.

More recently, I’ve worked as a Virtual Assistant, applying strong data entry and calendar management skills to support day-to-day operations. Across both experiences, I’m comfortable evaluating effectiveness and recommending adjustments to improve engagement and results.
