Chanell Miller

I’m a Software Engineer who improves how teams manage and retrieve information—especially through accurate database updates, careful testing, and clear documentation. I bring a “get it right, keep it compliant, and make it usable” mindset to every change I help ship.

In my role supporting Enterprise Strategy (ES), I led database updates, performed testing to ensure accuracy, and documented change requests for efficient tracking and compliance. I also helped accelerate onboarding by creating training resources and guidance for information systems.

On the Product and User Experience (PUX) team, I developed user-friendly systems to enhance access to information and seamless navigation and retrieval. By analyzing user needs and implementing stronger organizational strategies, I improved data retrieval times by 85%, and I supported that work by mentoring new team members in best practices for database navigation and document management.

Earlier, I built a strong technical foundation through a B.S. in Computer Science with concentrations in Intelligence and Media, along with test plans and test methodologies and disciplined information organization & management. I’m energized by work that reduces friction for users while maintaining quality and precision behind the scenes.
