I’ve engineered a full-stack real estate platform with Next.js, React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB—centralizing property listings, inventory management, lead generation, and admin workflows.

I accelerate performance with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), code splitting, and lazy loading, reducing page load time from 3.5s to 1.8s and increasing Lighthouse Performance scores from 70 to 95.
