I’ve spent the last few years at Kido Education Private Limited, owning CRM modules and reporting/analytics work from discovery and PRD through launch and post-release iteration. I translate messy stakeholder asks into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, then partner closely with engineering and analytics to prioritize with RICE and ship iteratively.
Before that, I built core CRM modules as a Software Developer, digitising the enrolment journey and improving lead-to-enrolment conversion. I also launched a reporting & analytics module with customisable dashboards and KPI tracking to speed up leadership decision-making.
Earlier, at Xmplar Management Solutions, I delivered a tenant-facing email notification platform with configurable workflows and RESTful APIs, plus backend APIs with Spring Boot. I’ve also driven a UI revamp that improved user engagement and worked on reliability by prioritising high-impact fixes and performance improvements.
