I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own end-to-end testing and delivery using Agile/Scrum, manage risk and dependencies, and mentor teams to achieve defect-free releases—especially in banking/insurance domains.

I’m an accomplished Project/Test Manager and Delivery Manager with 15+ years’ experience in Banking, Insurance, Finance, and Risk Management. I’ve led delivery of 10 projects to 15 clients, managing teams of 35+ resources, and achieved a 98% defect-free rate with a 100% successful rate.

I drive end-to-end test management—planning, risk, issue, and dependency management—using Manager Agile Scrum and SAFe approaches, while aligning stakeholders across Release Managers, Business Analysts, and Delivery teams. I’ve also guided Guidewire product implementations (Claim Centre) and supported quality through hands-on testing using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Power BI, and performance testing, while mentoring teams to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
