What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a leadership role in Agile QA or as a Scrum Master where I can drive test strategy, mentor teams, and deliver compliant, high-quality software in regulated environments.

I am a Test Lead and Certified Scrum Master with over 15 years' experience delivering high-quality software solutions in the US healthcare industry.

I lead Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and participate in release planning to align epics, stories, and sprint goals. I manage QA teams and drive test strategy across web, mobile, and API projects.

I design and execute risk-based test plans, perform security testing using Burp Suite and HCL AppScan, and use Postman for API validation. I optimize test cases, manage defect lifecycles, and ensure compliance in complex, regulated environments.

I seek to mentor teams, improve quality processes, and deliver reliable releases through collaboration and disciplined Agile practices.
