What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an archive or records role where I can lead compliant digitisation and provenance/research support, use data analysis to improve workflows, and confidently manage sensitive records with strong stakeholder collaboration.

I’m a Research Archivist and archives/records management professional with 10+ years’ experience supporting the care, movement, and accessibility of sensitive collections. I combine archive practice with data analysis to keep records accurate, trackable, and usable.

At RM Sotheby’s, I manage the receipt, organisation, digitisation, and preservation of 60–100 vehicle provenance records per auction. I protect client privacy through identification and redaction of sensitive information, while ensuring compliance with copyright and data protection requirements.

Previously at The National Archives, I supported large-scale transfers, including over 20 million records through the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Uplift Project. I also supported the Archives Relocation Programme by creating manifests, checking transfer records, and tracking 3 million Parliamentary Archives records into The National Archives.

I’ve led operational improvements through internal document management systems, monthly data analysis reports for Heads of Department, and tracking spreadsheets in Excel to identify trends in demand. I also developed a searchable digital catalogue through LibraryThing (over 1,000 volumes) and provided client-facing research support across European auctions.
