Currently, I serve as a Sr. Technical Support Associate at Santander, where I am responsible for the installation and configuration of Windows 11 enterprise software. My role involves maintaining compliance and training new employees in technical support roles. Previously, I was a Service Delivery Manager at DXC Technology, where I led a team of engineers to maintain high service levels for Microsoft O365 applications, achieving a 95% SLA.
