Owns QA for web-based AI/data product features, covering responsive UI, REST APIs, backend workflows, and data layers from requirements review through release validation. Analyzes requirements, prepares test coverage, investigates defects, and collaborates with developers and ML/data stakeholders.

My responsibilities included:
Designing and executing manual test cases for core banking, mobile, and web applications.
Performing functional, regression, and system integration testing to maintain compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Conducting API testing, database (SQL) validation, and log analysis to ensure data accuracy and secure transactions.

Testing POS terminals and ensuring seamless payment processing across multiple devices.

Conducting thorough integration testing of web services and third-party service APIs.

Designing and executing manual and API test cases to validate end-to-end service communication.

Identifying, documenting, and collaborating on defect resolution to maintain system reliability.

Tested gameplay flows, menus, controls, UI elements, in-game events, rewards, notifications, and user progression scenarios.
Identified, reproduced, and documented gameplay, UI, logic, and stability issues with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.

Pursued Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, building a strong technical foundation.
