I’m a Network & Packet Core Engineer with 15+ years of experience in IP and Packet Core networks across Juniper, Cisco, Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, and Palo Alto environments. I’ve led Core PS administration, network optimization, and mission-critical emergency handling for Tier-2 ISPs across LATAM.

Highlights include delivering full IPv6 implementation, driving ISP/CGNAT performance improvements that reduced latency, and implementing DPI-based fraud mitigation to strengthen network integrity.
