What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a customer service, manufacturing, hospitality, care management, or administrative role outside traditional healthcare where I can apply clinical coordination, leadership, training, and 10 years of customer service experience.

I'm currently supporting patients across home care, remote hospice triage, and surgical oncology at Home Again, IntellaTriage, and Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Health.

I've managed hospice caseloads of up to 25 patients, coordinated individualized care plans, performed admissions and recertifications, and partnered with interdisciplinary teams to support patients and families through end-of-life care.

In ambulatory settings at Novant Health and Digestive Health Associates, I've supported busy clinics and endoscopy services through patient education, triage, procedure preparation, PAC access, lab draws, in-basket management, and staff training in Epic.

Before nursing, I spent 10 years in retail, hospitality, banking, and insurance. I'm looking to bring my clinical coordination, administrative, training, and customer-service background to opportunities beyond traditional healthcare settings.
