I've led program operations for Illumina's iHope Program, a global philanthropic initiative providing clinical whole genome sequencing to underserved children with rare and undiagnosed diseases. I built contracting, site-monitoring, and implementation processes that achieved full contract and clinical-site compliance, and created an executive dashboard for cohesive reporting.

Across Aetna, Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, and the University of Pennsylvania Health System, I've designed value-based clinical programs, managed provider contracts, strengthened networks, and delivered operational improvements. As a registered nurse, I bring clinical perspective to complex healthcare strategy, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and scalable process design.
