What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve technical support, customer success, and digital care processes in digital health, collaborating across Product, QA, Development, and operational teams to improve patient experiences.

At HelloBetter, I build and develop technical support for digital health applications, working closely with Product Management, QA, Development, and Key Account Management to improve patient experience and digital care processes.

Previously at TeleClinic, part of the DocMorris Group, I supported digital patient and physician care through physician onboarding, customer success, technical consulting, escalation management, and improved service processes. I also contributed to implementing a chatbot for initial support requests.

My work in digital health builds on more than 15 years in healthcare, including multimodal pain therapy, health coaching, osteopathy, and medical practice coordination. I bring a patient-centred perspective to support structures, technical workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
