What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a full-time role in virtual reception, patient scheduling, client intake, or customer support.

At Liberty County Clinic of Chiropractic, I scheduled patient appointments in Microsoft Excel, handled incoming calls, and greeted patients. I also collected payments and updated and verified electronic patient records in accordance with HIPAA.
