What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospital or senior-care role where I can deliver safe medication administration, monitor vital signs, support ADLs and transfers, and work as a trusted team member using HIPAA-compliant documentation.

I’m currently a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at Baylor Scott and White All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth, where I support patients with attentive, high-quality care and reliable documentation. I bring a steady, safety-first approach to the details that matter most in day-to-day patient support.

Before my PCT role, I worked as a Certified Medication Aide/Certified Nurse Aide at multiple facilities, including River Oaks Health and Rehabilitation Center and Cityview Care Center. I administer routine medications as prescribed, complete MAR documentation, document vital signs, and report observations of concern to the nurse—while also assisting with CNA duties and patient needs.

I also bring long-term senior care experience from Brookdale Senior Living, including supervising residents who self-administer medication and supporting Alzheimer’s and memory care needs.
