At Cummins, I lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams building software, cloud infrastructure, system integrations, and technical implementations. I partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, coordinate dependencies, and deliver Sprint Goals aligned with business priorities.

I facilitate planning, stand-ups, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning while managing capacity, velocity, forecasting, risks, and delivery commitments. I create executive sprint reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and Agile metrics that give leadership actionable delivery insights.

Previously at Skybarrel, I supported Scrum teams and a Release Train Engineer in adopting SAFe practices, removing impediments and protecting teams from external interference. I lead through servant leadership, helping teams build accountability, self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

My earlier work spans supply chain operations, business intelligence using Tableau, power-system operations, risk assessment, and public-sector relationship management. I bring a practical, cross-industry perspective to solving complex business problems.
