At HEY RAFI, I led UX/UI and product design for an AI-powered prospecting and follow-up platform. I worked closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
I took ownership of complex experiences including onboarding, AI agent configuration, playbooks, and messaging workflows. I also translated customer feedback and business needs into product improvements.
At SUR STUDIO, the independent design studio I co-founded, I lead product and UX/UI projects for startups, companies, agencies, and independent businesses. I’ve designed and delivered 200+ websites, taking projects from early strategy and UX through UI, prototyping, and implementation.
Previously, at COCO CREATIVO, I led UX/UI design for digital products, from research and user flows to wireframes, UI systems, and prototypes. I also managed design projects and designers while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
