I’m an aspiring Construction Virtual Assistant seeking to support contractors and construction teams with accurate administrative records and organized project documentation.

For a school project, I created a timeline and managed the calendar to organize tasks for a school building design that included HVAC.

I’m familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, document organization, data entry, email management, and scheduling. I also use Notion, Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Canva, and CapCut.

I hold a Google Workspace Certification and a Project Planning and Schedule Management Specialization. My academic exposure includes mechanical engineering coursework in computer applications and organizational management.
