I flag inconsistencies before approval, keep audit-ready records in Google Drive and Airtable, and produce structured reports on verification completion and compliance progress. I handle sensitive personal, financial, and identification data with strict confidentiality throughout the workflow.

Previously, at a Ghanaian microfinance institution, I monitored multi-branch loan portfolio risk, tracked repayment behaviour, flagged default risk, and reconciled customer financial records. I also produced KPI, portfolio-health, and operational reports for senior management.

My quality assurance work at Cargill Ghana Limited strengthened my SOP-based verification, regulatory documentation, audit-trail, and non-conformance reporting skills. I’m actively developing AML/KYC knowledge and am motivated by the intersection of compliance, risk, and global employment.
