What I'm looking for

I want to use my software engineering and education experience to develop innovative digital solutions that drive social impact, technological advancement, and sustainable development throughout Somalia and the wider region.

At Jubba International University, I deliver lectures in technology and computer science, mentor students, and develop curriculum materials aligned with industry standards.

In Skyscanner’s virtual job simulation, I built an interactive date-picker component using Backpack React components to improve the flight-booking experience.

In virtual job simulations with Citi and AWS, I designed credit-risk state diagrams using machine learning techniques and redesigned a single-page application architecture with Elastic Beanstalk and Amazon RDS.

At PepsiCo’s virtual job simulation, I led system design for Augur, a predictive supply chain dashboard integrating data analytics and visualization. I’m completing a BSc in Computer Science at Somali National University, expected in January 2027, and want to develop digital solutions that support social impact and sustainable development in Somalia and the wider region.
