At Marmic Fire & Safety / Joplin Fire Protection, I established communications governance across brand, internal and external communications, crisis communications, and change management. I ghostwrote for the CEO and wrote communications for the leadership team, including board-level slides, press releases, and sales presentations.
I worked on the 2025 company rebrand, transitioning the logo, website, social media, fleet, workplace, and brand strategies and storytelling. I also developed the Uniform Voucher Program and delivered unique codes to 1,300 employees through Smartsheet automation.
As a consultant, I created a customized client intake and information control workflow for Parks Place Legal Nurse Consulting. Earlier, at The Hershewe Law Firm, P.C., I supported legal work by drafting documents and creating trial exhibits; at Missouri Southern State University, I maintained department website content and coordinated events.
