Engineered full-stack fintech solutions for mortgage operations, integrating with partner bank APIs and building serverless backend architectures with TypeScript-based AWS Lambdas, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB. Currently contributing to an architectural migration to containerized Kotlin microservices on Kubernetes.

Engineered backend solutions for an EdTech platform, building RESTful microservices and BFF layers using Java, Kotlin (Spring Boot), TypeScript (Node.js), and PostgreSQL. Implemented Keycloak-based authentication and Google SSO integrations, and contributed to a major system migration.

Resolved critical issues and participated in planning and implementing two new sub-products within the platform: Custom Assignments and Recommendations Report.

Expanded Power BI dashboards and automated data ingestion into BigQuery using Python, performing data extraction, joining, and cleansing to create user-friendly tables for non-technical teams.

Developed automated Power BI dashboards to provide management with insights into digital service usage and to help schools analyze student performance.

Built Excel dashboards to enhance decision-making processes and streamlined routine workflows using VBA for the Customer Success team.

Conducted analyses using Excel, performed service audits, and facilitated cross-departmental meetings to accelerate the resolution of critical issues on the Customer Success team.
