Caroline Merkel

I’ve supported children’s development as a nanny, assistant teacher at Rose Hill Montessori, and substitute teacher for the Ohio Department of Education. I provide attentive infant care, document student progress, and create safe, inclusive environments that encourage independence and engagement.

At Free People, I delegated daily tasks, supported customer styling, trained staff in customer engagement, and managed scheduling, reporting, and a sales-driven team environment.

I also bring fast-paced hospitality experience from Cordelia and Barrio, including cocktail preparation, guest service, restocking, and managing multiple tables. With a Psychology degree from Cleveland State University, I apply an understanding of behavior, cognition, and communication to every role.
