I’m a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead focused on delivering resilient, governed platforms with .NET microservices and modern web front ends. At Kaiser Permanente, I led a cross-functional team (5–10) through Scrum/Kanban to deliver initiatives across API, data, UI, and cloud—using DDD boundaries to drive quality and consistency.

I re-architected legacy .NET workloads into ASP.NET Core 7 microservices with Angular + Blazor front ends, standardizing gateway patterns through Azure API Management (versioning, throttling, policy-based routing). I designed asynchronous workflows with Azure Service Bus to decouple document routing and status/notification pipelines, improving reliability during burst traffic and outages.
